Receptionist - Perm/Part-Time
Peer Wealth is a family owned boutique firm based in Manly NSW, offering accounting and wealth management services. Peer Wealth utilises a wide range of financial products and services to provide clients with a wealth of support. We have a team of highly dedicated people who all understand the importance of working together to achieve a common goal.
Flexible hours – work your days any time between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week, but is negotiable.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised professional to manage all duties of the front desk. As the first point of contact the role is vital for the smooth-running of the business.
Key duties include but not limited to:

Answering and forwarding calls

Meeting and greeting clients

Booking meetings

Sorting and distributing post

Maintaining stationery supplies

General administration tasks
Successful Candidate:

Prior experience in reception preferred
